A Fun New Chapter for The Bookshelf Writers

Every writer is well-served by having some helpful peeps. Mine are the Bookshelf Writers—my critique group of five years. Kind, supportive, honest and steadfast. As important and necessary to my writing as my laptop, Microsoft Word, and a good thesaurus.

In March, the four of us started a column called ‘Out and About’ in the Estero Bay News—a lovely 4-color newspaper that publishes alternate weeks and covers the news and happenings around Estero Bay. We take turns writing articles on all manner of things.
